Things I Want to (Remember to) Do Everyday:


1) take my vitamins
2) taste my food
3) drink a V8
4) walk the dogs, even if it's just up to the mailbox
5) drink lots of water (with lemon! Yum!)
6) go to the gym and do elliptical or bike for 30 minutes, plus 20 minutes of resistance training
stretch
